Looked up how to tie two different strings together about 3 weeks ago and than I set up my new pole today thinking I would need this video again and tied it up no problem great video use this for all my catfish poles and bait casters works amazing for all

Legend!!! The FG was doing my head in so moved to the double Uni. This knot however looks beautiful. Does it work with ultra light lines?.... I'd obviously increase the wraps... Thanks for sharing

My knot just slips immediately, what am I doing wrong? It's braid around floro, right? I cinch it but the floro just pulls right out

Yes this has a name...its called a "Snafu" rig...mostley used for fishing for Sheepshead baited with a whole crab. One hook on each side of crab body

Just starting into the fly rod thing - this is a life saver! Lot of tying knots in that fly gig.

Worst knot ever. Tried this several times and mono kept slipping out of the knot. Tried more wraps and less wraps and still the same results everytime.

Can this knot be done the opposet ,wrapping the leader around the braild - to keep it more narrow for 50lb+ floro/mono??

Pretty sure these are illegal in my state. Can only use more than one hook if they are all part of the same one lure.

I started using this knot in the spring and it works well for my braid to fluorocarbon leader connection. However I fold the fluorocarbon and wrap the braid around (opposite of video) and it works much better since the floro likes to slip out the other way around. Works great going through the guides

you can use ping pong balls. Its very bouyant and can even hold 30 gr. lead
